I notice things.

Patterns. Contradictions. The sentence underneath the sentence. The thing you keep returning to. The choice that doesn't quite match the story you've been telling about yourself.

Then I get curious with you.

Sometimes that becomes a question. Sometimes an experiment. Sometimes a photograph, book, object, sentence or Dispatch arrives at your door.

I'm not here to tell you who to become.

I'm interested in what happens when we pay enough attention to the person already living your life.

A little about my background

ICF-accredited coach (ACC). Psychology and Anthropology. Master NLP Practitioner. More than twenty years working with learning, behaviour and human development.

Your coaching remains private. Alongside it, a small shared space for signs of life: a Dispatch arriving, something tried, a photograph, a strange realisation.

Why this seasonal price?

I am already an ICF-accredited coach and am completing the coaching-experience hours required for my PCC credential. I've chosen to make the final stretch an experiment in the work I most want to create.

The seasonal rate reflects that. This is an opportunity to create a substantial body of work with ten people, below my usual equivalent private rate.

Applications close 18 September 2026, or when all ten places are filled. Each Book of You and the five Dispatches are personally curated.
